  • 62% ä in flowtime
  • 71% ä in work-in-process
  • 53% ä in space
  • 75% ä in holding costs
  • $1.2M cashflow contribution
Following the Model Value Stream, the same approach was rolled out across the rest of the organization resulting in $29M in savings.  By extending the principles to the supply base, an additional $75M was saved.
