We believe strongly in transferring knowledge and skills quickly and effectively, so that our clients soon become self-sufficient. Rather than create a dependency on our help, we effectively work ourselves out of a job and rely on referrals from satisfied customers for our future work.
We don’t do your work for you; we show you how to do it more effectively and efficiently whether you are a senior manager, middle manager, staff support, supervisor, or front line associate in the plant or office.
Speaking of front line associates, we believe that the knowledge, ideas, and energy of the workforce are a vast untapped resource for improvement in most organizations. We can show you how to combine top-down direction with bottom-up initiative to make big improvements fast and at low cost.

We understand all the necessary elements that must be put in place for sustained competitiveness. Sooner or later, a truly competitive organization must implement the entire system shown in the MODEL OF COMPETITIVE EXCELLENCE | View Model
The model is timeless, but the focus of interest in business can change at any time. In the recent past it was Total Quality Management, the principles and practices of which are still valid and implicit in the MODEL TQM was followed by Business Process Reengineering, which also has its place.  Fortunately, even though the focus of management’s interest changes frequently, an organization can choose different starting points for building its system for competitiveness successfully.
Practically speaking, our focus must be where our clients currently perceive the need for outside help. In this day and age this is squarely on what has become known as "Lean".
For businesses, it is hard to raise prices, so margins continually shrink unless ways are found to meet the needs of customers using fewer resources. The good news is that those ways exist. We know them and we can teach you them.
Furthermore, these principles and practices apply equally well to non-profit and government organizations who are facing the continual challenge of doing more with less. More good news is that these principles and practices work in the office and in service businesses as well as in manufacturing.

Business is waking up quickly to the potential for using the Internet as a powerful weapon for becoming LEAN. Like any technology, there are right and wrong ways to implement it. We work with experts in the technology to help you plan and execute the transition to e-Commerce without stepping on land mines (there are lots out there!). | E-Commerce |
