Tom Bundy has 15 years of experience working directly in the manufacturing sector. He held various positions with Idaho Veneer Company and Hewlett Packard, where he worked on the implementation of Just-in-Time practices. He also held various positions for the past ten years at The Boeing Company, focusing on manufacturing strategic analysis, business process reengineering, and operations management. He installed various elements of lean manufacturing systems, including Just-in-Time, 5S, Pull Production, etc., in white collar as well as manufacturing operations. Tom has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Production and Operations Management from the University of Idaho, as well as an M.B.A. from City University in Seattle, Washington.



Dianne Dickerson has 17 years of experience in management and consulting for a variety of manufacturing, software, consulting, and educational endeavors. She supported the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group executive team in the development of the quality systems including Management by Policy. She coached the leadership group and facilitated cycle time reduction efforts for the Boeing 737, 757 from engineering through final assembly. At Microsoft she served as an executive coach and facilitated business planning processes. As a Vice President at Integra Technology, Dianne instituted and managed the human resource and customer service divisions, and was responsible for daily operations. Dianne was superintendent of the Orondo, Washington school district and has a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Washington University.

Chris Fosse brings more than 20 years of industry experience, including roles in quality and management systems, technical training, manufacturing engineering, international marketing, and design engineering, and experience as a plant manager and technical representative. Before becoming a consultant, was Vice President of Total Quality for Blount, Inc., a diversified Fortune 500 manufacturing and construction company. He was involved in early efforts to apply Just-in-Time Production Systems, Total Quality Control, and employee involvement at Omark Industries (later acquired by Blount). In 1989, Chris worked as an adviser to staff departments in Florida Power and Light in preparation for the company's successful challenge for The Deming Prize. He was an Examiner for the first Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and has been trained as a Lead Assessor conducting audits in the ISO 9000 Standards. He served as a Director for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME). Chris holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, and an M.B.A. from McGill University.
